Hi,
Have you tried the switch ? It is f12
Regards.
Thank you very much! That driver seems to have worked, speeds back up to around 50 MB/s. Let's hope it stays that way, cheers.

Hi!
I tried to reinstall the drivers for wireless, but it seems that the device manager recognizes that the notebook has bluetooth (Ralink_RT3290), however, it does not function. Can you please help?
Thank you!
I’m having troubles with my new Probook 470 G3 - FreeDos
After I installed Windows 7 Ultimate lots of important drivers were missing. I tried to download them from HP support center. There were 10 different network drivers. I don’t know which one to choose. I also have to use a CD disc, due to the fact that all USB drivers are missing.
I tried to install Intel Wireless LAN Driver and Intel Dual-Band Wireless-AC 3165 driver with no success.
I find it quite frustrating operating without a driver CD included in the package.
You're very welcome, Graham.
The only way to nail down that last device, will be for you to post the hardware ID for it as banhien recommended.
Here are the written instructions to find the hardware ID:
Go to the device manager and click on the unknown device needing the driver.
Then click on the Details tab at the top of the unknown device window.
Now you will see a Property drop down list, and it will be set to Device Description.
Drop down on that list, and select the 3rd item (Hardware ID's).
Post the top string of characters that you see in the window.
Hi:
There is no such model as a hp 15-f1024wm. There is a HP 15-f024wm which is probably what you meant to type.
Below is the link to the product specs page for the 15-f024wm.
It does not come with built in bluetooth, or that feature would have been listed along with the 1x1 802.11b/g/n WLAN wireless connectivity specification.
That is why you can't find any bluetooth settings or devices.
Hi Paul,
Here's the ID for the Unknown device: ACPI\VEN_INT&DEV_33D6
Cheers!
Graham
Hi:
There can be one of several different wireless cards that HP could have installed in your notebook.
Go to the device manager and please post the hardware ID for the device you see listed there called a Network Controller. Then I will post the link to the driver you need.
The Network Controller is the wireless card that needs the driver installed.
To find the hardware ID, click on the Network Controller device.
Then click on the Details tab at the top of the Network Controller device window.
Now you will see a Property drop down list and it will be set to Device Description.
Drop down on that list and select the 2nd item (Hardware ID's).
Post the top string of characters that you see in the window.
Here is the link to the USB driver you need...
This package contains the Intel USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller Driver for supported notebook models running a supported operating system.
Hi, Graham:
Here is the link to the driver you need for that device...
This package contains the driver that enables the Intel Virtual Buttons to be used with supported notebook models that are running a supported operation system. Intel Virtual Buttons software allows the virtual buttons to adjust correctly when the screen rotation of the tablet is changed after the system is connected to or disconnected from the docking base.
You're very welcome.
If you need bluetooth, you can purchase an external usb bluetooth adapter such as this...
https://www.amazon.com/Kinivo-BTD-400-Bluetooth-4-0-USB/dp/B007Q45EF4
That is the model I have, and it works great. It hardly sticks out of the USB port.
Hi:
See if this W8.1 Ralink bluetooth driver works for you...
This package contains the driver installation package for the Mediatek (Ralink) Bluetooth in the supported notebook models running a supported operating system.
Hello;
Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!
For obvious reasons, no one can provide you your password for your Router. If they could, there would not be much point in having a password.
There is usually a reset button on the back of the routers, and you have to press and hold that in for 10 seconds or more.
That will reset the router to it's default SSID and password -- which on newer routers is printed on a sticker on the case.
Good Luck
Didi you ever get an answer: I'm having the same issues and it's killing me. speed check is good
Dear Mr. Jeet_singh,
you have clearly miss the point of my topic. It isnt relevant what notebook is in question, my problem is with LT4112 WWAN card, and the newest update of the firmware. Notebook is working fine, but the problem is with the card itself, and I have tried in few notebooks, the card is working the same in all of them.
So, the probelm is card and the new firmware update.
Can you help me with that?
Thank you in advance!
