Thank you for responding to my post requesting additional information. I have gone to the HP 2000z-2a00 CTO Notebook PC Drivers page and cannot find the driver that is causing you problems. I did see the ones that you have successfully installed though so that is good. I would suggest you try uninstalling and reinstall the HP Support Assistant and see if it still finds the update that is failing.
I would not suggest you install the update as it is not for your computer.
