bluetooth driver problem

Hi, 

I bought the hp pavillion 15 n024se . The bluetooth suddenly stopped working and its driver disappeared from the device manager. i tried installing the ralink driver from recovery but still nothing happened. the bluetooth option is unchoosable in the setting menu .please help
