The troubleshooting steps that you have already completed, are very excellent steps. I have included the document 'Troubleshooting Your Wireless Network and Internet Connection (Windows 7)'. Please follow the steps for Troubleshooting steps to try first, and Cannot connect to the wireless network or to the Internet. Some of the steps you have completed already, but please follow through the steps that you haven't.

Please let me know the outcome of the troubleshooting steps. :)
