typing your laptop name brought more than 200 results typing your product number brought no result

 

it is easy to find the problem if you try these steps

 

open the hp support assistant on  your pc if you dont have it download it from the following link

after installing or opening it click internet and security and under specifications check whether wireless lan is shown if shown the name of the adapter may be mentioned there if wireless lan is not mentioned it means the adapter is missing.

 

by doing these we can find the problem

I have a laptop of hp 430 (windows 8), i tried to turn on wifi but after pushing the button  (F12) of wifi, no light turns on. Moreover, I went into control panel and selected Wireless Network Setup, but it also does not work,,,,, Please help me in this regard.....

Is anyone having any idea when is hp going to release the bluetooth driver for hp 15 eo16tx or shall i revert back to windows 8 using the recovery option..?

 I upgrade my old Win7 home to Win8 and I have some issues with bluetooth conectivity 

To say it simple I cannot see my bluetooth anymore...In device manager it shows as installed but my bluetooth mouse ,my phone and others devices are not discoverable.

Is there a new driver/compatible for my laptop? And from where i can download it?

 

I mention that my sistem is on a HP Pavilion dv6-6b12ed.

Just received a hp2000-2d39wm, the instructions it came with are hard to understand, can anyone tell me how to get started and hook up to the internet and what I need for cables or other divices. yes Iam a dummie at laptops

Bonjour, il m'est impossible d'activer le bluetooth sur mon pc portable hp pavilion 17 alors qu'il était bien référencé sur la fiche technique. Lorsque je suis dans "paramètres sans fil " le wifi et le mode avion sont bien présents mais pas l'option bluetooth. Pouvez vous me dire si  mon pc n'en est pas équipé ou si une manipulation est à faire.

Hello,  I can't find Bluetooth on my HP pavilion 17. Though, on the descriptive it was written that bluetooth was include... and when I check in "wireless" I only see wifi connection and plane mode but no Bluetooth connections. Does my pc have no bluetooth at all ? or maybe I have to install something ? Thanks for your help.

i have made system recovery in factory settings. After that my laptop is not connecting with wifi and when i am trying to install wifi adopter from HP website installation falure massage is coming. i am using HP PAVILION g6-1301tx and operating system is windows7 home basic. Kindly help .

My Envy M6 is one year old and has been sitting on the desk in the same place with no issues.  Now it will no longer connect to the internet, just says "connecting" with no results (all programs on the machine work fine).  I am not technically savvy when it comes to the laptops.  Mine is connected through a Linksys router (I am not using wireless of wifi).  It is a 4-port router and I two other desktops going through this.  Both work fine.  I have tried swapping ports and changing cables, but the laptop won't respond where the internet is concerned.  Anyone else run into this issue or know how to resolve it?

I see that you are trying to enable your Bluetooth. I am going to need more information to better assist you. What is your product number? What operating system are you running?

Here is the user guide for the monitor, click here. Please note on page 6, the Vesa adapter plate is required,  for wall mounting. This is sold separately and must meet these specifications:

  VESA device (sold separately) with the following specifications:
. VESA standard 100 mm x 100 mm (3.9 in x 3.9 in) hole pattern
. Provides at least 58 mm (2.28 inches) space behind the monitor for the monitor power cord
and cables.  Please let me know if you require more assistance.

I just got done with HP's support tech on this issue.   They want me to do a system recovery to win 8 and do a clean install of win 8.1.  This seems way too drastic of a solution for me.   I'm just going to live with the situaiton until HP comes up with a less intrusive fix.    Everything else seems to be working OK after the win 8.1 upgrade.    I hope that HP can come up with a fix for this.

Hello everyone,

 

I've HP pavilion dv6-7043cl Entertainement PC. Last month  on December 5, I installed windows 8.1 por (legit copy). Since then both my wifi and ethernet connection were working perfectly. 

 

However, since last two days, none of the connection is working. When windows is in normal mode, the wifi alwasy shows limited connectvity and the ethernet connection shows full connectvity but no brousing. 

 

I am using os in safemode with networking and my ethernet connection is working perfectly in the mode. I've tried some of the slution available on blogs none sloved my problem. Additionally, I connected HP live chat and the HP representavie said that they have not tested windows 8.1 pro on HP units. Thus, they do not have any driver for this latest version of windows. 

 

I've also installed some of network adaptors/drivers such as Realtek Ethernet Controller Driver & Mediatek 802.11 WiFi Adapter for Windows 8.1. But not luck.. Please help. Thank you

I have a Pavilion dv6-3225dx Entertainment PC, which does not seem to have a bluetooth receiver installed. Therefor I bought  a USB Dongle V2.0 & v1.2 Compliant. I enabled bluetooth.

I want to pair it with my Blackberry 9700 Smartphone.

I can see my Laptop when I do a search for device on my Smartphone and I can see the Blackberry phone if I try to initiate the connection from my Laptop, but every time I tried to connect a code appears on the screeens on either side and each side asking me if the code match. The codes are eveytime different and never match. If I enter no on either side the conecting process fails. I read that one could enter any code as long as they the same on both sides, however on either side there is no way to enter a code. It is just an information screen with no input fields.

Anybody has an idea how to get those two equipments peired? Thanks
